Bands are planning ranges, not averages. Listings are offers, not closed deals. Every date and rate needs provider confirmation.
The price bands overlap across sizes — the bigger differences are in availability and terms. Real listings are plotted against the bands so you can see where offers actually land.

At this size, price is rarely the blocker. Credit, trust, timing and hardware fit are.
Providers are not chasing every megawatt deal. Many require investment-grade credit (IGC) for a commitment this size, and some want to meet you in person before they commit a full megawatt.
Some providers will start you at around 300 kW, see how you operate and pay, then consider expanding to 1 MW. Agree on expansion terms and capacity rights up front — paying the first bill does not reserve the next 700 kW.
B300 placement requests are hot. Liquid cooling is a plus, but not the main story: air is fine if it supports your exact hardware and rack density.
With some flexibility on location and size, near-term spots can still be found. For 2027, waits could be significantly longer — start capacity and credit conversations before the hardware ships.
