The L11 Hyd 6U is a Scrypt miner. It is primarily used for Dogecoin (DOGE) and Litecoin (LTC), but it can also mine other Scrypt-based coins such as BEL, DGB and similar assets, depending on your pool configuration.

In most cases, no. The unit draws about 5.7 kW and requires a 220–277 V industrial-grade power setup plus a dedicated hydro-cooling loop. Even though it is relatively quiet at around 50 dB, its power requirements and heat output make it better suited for data centers, mining containers or professionally managed farms.

The L11 Hyd 6U uses hybrid air & hydro cooling. The hashboards are liquid-cooled, and the chassis still includes fans to move air through the unit. You’ll need a compatible water loop (pump, radiator, reservoir and coolant) that matches Bitmain’s specifications, using antifreeze or deionized water as recommended. Proper installation is critical to avoid leaks and keep the miner within its operating temperature range.

With an efficiency of around 0.172 J/MH, the L11 Hyd 6U sits at the high end of the Scrypt market and is more efficient than many older Scrypt ASICs. This means lower electricity cost per unit of hashrate and better profitability in locations where power prices are moderate to high.

Profitability depends heavily on coin prices, pool fees and your electricity rate. At recent market levels, public calculators estimate roughly $20–$22 in daily revenue before electricity. At $0.10/kWh, that translates into around $7–8 per day in profit, but these numbers change constantly and should only be used as a reference when you run your own ROI calculations.

The L11 Hyd 6U uses a 6U rack-mount form factor and weighs around 50 kg, so make sure your rack or shelf can support the weight and depth of the unit plus the hydro-cooling hardware. Network connectivity is via standard RJ45 Ethernet 10/100M, making integration with existing mining networks straightforward.
